BuildWithJZ keeps this product site intentionally simple. We do not require an account to read the public pages.

• Payment processing is handled by Stripe when checkout is enabled.
• We use only the information needed to provide access, support the purchase, and handle refund requests.
• Legal basis: contract performance for purchase and delivery, legitimate interests for security and support records, and legal obligation where tax or accounting records must be kept.
• Retention: purchase and support records are kept only as long as needed for delivery, refunds, tax/accounting duties, dispute handling, and security review, then deleted or anonymized when no longer required.
• We do not sell customer personal information.
• Support requests sent to hello@withjz.com are used only to respond to that request and keep basic purchase records.

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability by emailing hello@withjz.com. If you are in the EU or EEA, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.
